The Social Lights® Training Institute is pleased to present a 2-day social media training course covering all things content. You’ll leave this program with the knowledge and know-how to build and execute a sustainable social media content strategy for your company.

During this jam-packed 2-day program, you will learn:
- How to develop a content strategy
- Tips and tricks for creating quality written and visual content
- How to effectively promote content across social channels
- How to make your content work for you and your business
We'll start with overall content strategy and best practices, then build into advanced techniques for developing and utilizing content to drive your business.

Community Management: Putting it into Practice – A Panel Discussion
It’s like The View over cocktail hour: peers passionately discussing (and sometimes disagreeing) about their craft. The goal of the conversation is to both have answers about what has worked in the past as well as questions about strategy and tactics for the future.
Cocktail Reception starts at 5:00pm. Beer, wine and appetizers will be served. The panel discussion will follow the cocktail reception from 6:15-7:30pm in the Schulze Auditorium at the University of St. Thomas – Minneapolis Campus.
Day 1 – Wednesday, June 25: 9:00am – 4:30pm
Day 2 – Thursday, June 26: 9:00am – 5:00pm followed by Finale Reception and Panel Discussion Event 5:00pm – 7:30pm

What to Bring:
- Your own laptop and charger
- A brand on which to base your content strategy – it could be your own company, your employer, a non-profit, a startup, etc. Each participant MUST have a "client company" to work on during this 2-day bootcamp.
- A sweatband. Only kidding – no push-ups, we promise.
