MANNAUÐSDAGUR Flóru félags mannauðsstjóra var fyrst haldinn árið 2011 og hefur með ári hverju vaxið og dafnað og er nú orðinn einn stærsti viðburður í greininni.  Árið 2014 sóttu ráðstefnuna um 300 manns.   

Yfirskrift MANNAUÐSDAGSINS í ár er „Breytingastjórnun – Eru allir um borð?“, en á ráðstefnunni verður fjallað um þær áskoranir sem stjórnendur og mannauðsstjórar standa frammi fyrir þegar kemur að framkvæmd stefnu, breytingastjórnun og að byggja upp fyrirtækjamenningu sem stuðlar að betri árangri fyrirtækja.

Efni ráðstefnunnar höfðar til  stjórnenda, mannauðsstjóra,  mannauðsérfræðinga, ráðgjafa í mannauðsmálum og fræðimanna sem fást við stjórnun fyrirtækja og rannsóknir.
