25 Tactics to Better Engage Constituents Online

We all know our organization's email, website, and social media properties could better engage constituents … but where to begin? This session will review 25 easy-to-implement opportunities to help your organization build better relationships, take more actions, and raise more money. From best practices to campaign ideas, you will leave with a toolkit of tactics that can each be implemented in under 2 hours.

Featured presenter:

Chris Tuttle is the Manager of Online Strategy for Be The Change, a national nonprofit organization that runs bipartisan, issue-based campaigns designed to tackle some of America's most pressing challenges. Chris brings over 15 years experience working for, and with, nonprofits developing online strategies for websites, email communications, advocacy campaigns, social media engagement, and search engine optimization; and he puts these to use at Be The Change on the ServiceNation and Opportunity Nation campaigns.

Prior to joining Be The Change, Tuttle provided strategic consulting and training for more than 100 local, state, and national organizations across North America. In addition, he owned his own Web Design company and has spent more than 10 years working within a variety of national nonprofit organizations. Some of Tuttle's successes include having developed a national annual anti-bullying campaign involving over half-a-million students in more than 5,000 K -12 schools; creating an online networking community of over 40,000 student organizers; and training over 5,000 individuals at local, state, and national conferences and sessions.

Chris is a self-diagnosed geek and a jigsaw puzzle and Kermit the Frog lover. Follow Chris Tuttle on Twitter.
