When I started my business, I asked some of my contacts for some good networking events. Events where people really wanted to meet other business owners, not just a good old boy network. Quite a few people mentioned Dan's 4th Monday events.
I remember the place being packed and thinking that everyone was there to network. I was surprised to learn the event was less than a year old. Based on the size of crowd, I thought it must of been going on forever.
I also remember Dan meeting me for about 5 seconds that night and that he remembered my name at the next event when he greeted me as I walked up to the registration table. With all those people I was shocked and impressed that he remember my name from such short exchange.
Whether you are new to business or trying to expand your relationships of your current business, I strongly recommend that you attend at least one of Dan's events each month.” May 11, 2011
