Judith Gethner, Executive Director
Illinois Partners for Human Service
Judith Gethner is the Executive Director of Illinois Partners for Human Service. She boasts an expansive, successful career in the areas of policy and procedure development, advocacy and community organizing. Since her hiring, she has grown the statewide coalition fro a confederation of 70 funders and providers to a formidable body of over 700 organizations representing every legislative district in Illinois. She holds a B.S. from Northern Illinois University and an M.A. from Northeastern Illinois University.

Donnell J. Schwarz,
Executive Service Corps (ESC) of Chicago
Don worked in the telecommunications industry for nearly 35 years, most recently serving as Director of External Affairs for Ameritech International. At ESC, Don works with his clients in the areas of board development, marketing, public relations, coaching, strategic planning, operations anlaysis and meeting facilitation. 


Lucy Tuck, Vice President of Lending

Ms. Tuck is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Lending function including business development, underwriting and portfolio management. Since joining IFF in 2008, Ms. Tuck has directed the expansion of IFF's lending in Wisconsin and Iowa as well as significant growth in IFF's Affordable Housing program and portfolio. She has also been responsible for enhancements to risk administration and portfolio management practices important to building a high performing regional loan program.
