Good news, there’s an upcoming training for you to attend! District 30 is sponsoring a Club Officer Make-up Training on Saturday, August 13 from 8 a.m. – 9 a.m. at the AT&T Corporate Office located at 930 National Parkway in Schaumburg, IL. This FREE training event will feature workshops for the Club President, Vice President Education, Vice President Membership, Vice President Public Relations, Secretary, Treasurer, and Sergeant-at-Arms. No matter if you are a brand new or seasoned club officer, every workshop will provide you with foundational information and techniques to help you successfully serve your club members in your club officer role this year. BONUS SESSION: This training event will also offer a workshop to train speech contest Judges. This bonus session is a great way to learn what it takes to select a speech contest winner at club, area, division, and district-level speech contests.
