Based on natural movements of the body, Belly Dance is a great way to get fit for people of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels! We will run drills, shimmy and dance to fun follow along work out songs in this class! Join the millions of woman that are discovering the benefits of Belly Dance everyday all over the world! So come on down and belly dance yourself into shape!!

No Dance Experience is Required!

Please dress comfortably, as we will work up a sweat. Work out pants and a comfortable t-shirt are recommended. No Bare Bellies Required! I also, suggest bringing water.
