  1. The are some problems. Once you apply herbicide particular to a certain GMO you have polluted the ground, I know the herbicide company will say it won’t, but that’s not what happened in India. Then there is the problem of pollen control. How do you stop pollen from a GMO from infecting an organic crop? On top of that there is the patent-copyright issue which empowers companies like Monsanto to send farmers to jail on copyright infringements which has caused over 2000 suicides in India.
