Fili Wiese is Head of SEO and Development with Netlead, responsible for international SEO Consulting and the development of the SEM Suite (a Search Marketing Toolbox).


Before working at Netlead, Fili tackled for seven years Web Spam as a Search Quality Analyst and Click Spam as a Senior Support Engineer at Google.

After working for Google's Search Quality Team in Dublin, Ireland, Jonas Weber co-founded webhelps! Online Marketing GmbH. The company focuses on strategic and technical SEO-Consulting. In addition to Google, Jonas has worked for German Aviation Group Lufthansa, where he focussed on Web Usability and Testing.


He also was employed for the Bertelsmann Group as an Online Marketing Manager. Jonas holds a master in business administration.
