Content marketing is becoming a big focus in today’s marketing world. The bar is getting higher on content quality, distribution and engagement. How do we stay on top? How do we create quality content?
In a panel discussion, our industry experts will discuss how best to use content by defining the purpose and understanding your audience; 2015 predictions; the importance of relevant content marketing and how to do it effectively.
Brian Hastings – Digital Director, NOUS
Brian’s has a wide range of skills including strategy, Cross Channel Campaign Management, Email Marketing, Social Media Management and Development and E-Commerce and lead generation just to name a few.
He has a strong I focus on seamless integration between digital channels, integrating websites, landing pages, testing and optimisation, tracking and reporting with digital campaigns and creative to ensure NOUS delivers results.
Simon is the founder and managing director of TwoCents Group, a marketing company that has been running in Australia since September 2009. They specialize in branding, creative, marketing strategy, advertising services, public relations, digital and social media for businesses of all types and sizes.
Prior to working at TwoCents, Simon has four years experience in strategic marketing and communications through Lion Nathan and with his own consultancy, Straight Edge.
Sally Bagshaw is a Brisbane-based content strategist who has been wrangling content since 2001. With a background in copywriting and business communication, she has helped big corporates, publishers, government, and a range of universities to plan for, create and manage useful and usable content. A bit of a geek at heart, she often works as an intermediary between technical teams and business stakeholders to make sure content requirements of both parties are fully understood. Sally loves big web redevelopment projects, workshops with lots of sticky notes, and advocating the use of sentence case. Known for saying “content is easy, people are the messy part”, she firmly believes that sometimes the best content strategy is to have less content.

Jason is also a business man at Just Media Design, a new breed of marketing agency, where they consult, design and implement unique KICK ASS social media strategies!
