Casual Gourmet Cooking Classes + Wine Pairing

Inspired by all those creations made on The Food Network and the Cooking Channel? Ever wanted to try your hand at some delicious new meal? Here at Pinnacle Culinary Arts Institute, you will be trained by world renowned-institute trained Chef Instructors on the basics of knife skills, culinary sanitation and then jump right into island-style cooking and fun, fast and easy desserts. At the conclusion of each class, students will have had hands-on experience helping to create each dish, taste each creation and its perfect wine pairing and receive all recipes.
Convenient to Raleigh, Cary, Chapel Hill and the surrounding Triangle area, we are located right off of I-40 (Apex-NC 55 exit 278). Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
While our Clinics are open to those 18+, you'll need proof of ID and have reached your 21st birthday by the day of the Clinic.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
You may transfer your ticket to another date should there be availability for that class. Please note that you will need to contact Chef Jarvis to be re-scheduled and bring an updated print out of your new ticket on the day of the Clinic.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, please bring a copy of your printed ticket on the day of the Clinic.
What is the refund policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable – decisions are made on a case-by-case basic. Please contact us at 919-638-8444 if you have questions.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
The attendee's name is not required on the ticket so long as the ticket is in hand. Please make an effort to note the attendee's name in the notes section when you are making your purchase.
