Catalpha Advertising & Design’s Branding Work Earns the Attention of CNBC

Catalpha Advertising & Design, a veteran branding and packaging agency with 28 years in the industry, is pleased to announce that some of its work recently earned the spotlight on national television. The project started when Coopersburg Sports, a family owned company that has been around for more than 100 years, saw its competitive edge dulling. The company saw they needed to update and expand their line of souvenir wooden sports products.

Coopersburg Sports called CNBC’s “The Profit,” a reality show centered around financial guru Markus Lemonis. As “The Profit” stepped in to help Coopersburg Sports become a stronger company, they then called Catalpha Advertising & Design for help with a new logo and packaging that could bring the business brand into a golden age.

Don Keller, Owner of Catalpha Advertising & Design, says that it’s not unusual for companies to try and start fresh with a new logo and brand look. “Sometimes companies like Coopersburg Sports need that kind of help, and having an outsider come in who has been through the struggling business experience and process can often be beneficial.”

Catalpha Advertising & Design helped modernize Coopersburg Sports packaging design and logo. The logo uses a classic shield design similar to what many professional sports teams use, but the Catalpha Advertising & Design team made the shield appear wooden in the logo. Catalpha Advertising & Design then brought Coopersburg Sports’ signature blue color into the logo and product packaging materials to finish the company’s new brand.

As a result, Coopersburg Sports is once again thriving, with its custom logo design for branded sports products garnering the company a lot of positive attention. The branding was so successful that it was featured on an episode of “The Profit” that aired in early November. It’s a sign of Coopersburg Sports’ renewed success, but for Don Keller and the rest of the Catalpha Advertising & Design team, it’s recognition of work well done on their end, too.

“Coopersburg Sports’ call asking us for our advertising and design services was a great opportunity for us to show what our company is capable of. Our hard work paid off in the end, because it not only helped the client, it was displayed on national TV too,” Keller explains.
