Diversity Group,CVR Ent & Parma Media proudly presents hip hop legends Method Man (of Wu-Tang Clan) & Redman (of Def Squad) live at the Sound Academy, Thursday June 19th, 2013 in Toronto. On, Canada.

Both artists are prolific in their own right, and together they produce terrific musical chemistry unlike any other collaboration in hip hop. Method Man was the first — and biggest — solo star to emerge from the groundbreaking Wu-Tang Clan. Redman made his world debut in 1990 on the EPMD album Business as Usual, and after his first album, What? Thee Album, he was named "Rap Artist of the Year" by The Source. As both were signed to Def Jam, Meth & Red met in 1995 in the recording studio of Tupac’s “Got My Mind Made Up” for his multi-platinum album All Eyez on Me. In 1999, the two MCs released their first studio album, Blackout!, which quickly went platinum, followed by Blackout! 2, released in 2009.

Their success would lead the duo on to star in movies and TV shows, and to become product spokesmen and household names. Most notably, their co-starring roles in the major motion picture film How High; Redman's starring role in Seed of Chucky; Method Man’s appearance in Garden State and Soul Plane; and a sitcom on Fox Television entitled Method & Red — not to mention a long list of other television, video game, and big screen roles for both stars.

Now, proving their partnership only matures with age, Meth & Red make an exclusive appearance June 19th at the Sound Academy. This venue is located in Toronto's downtown Waterfront and is a landmark to many legendary musical acts will host a rare performance from one of this generationʼs most popular and respected hip hop acts.

Talent INC Canada Child Star, Christian Martyn Goes on 30 Hour Hunger Strike to Raise Funds and Awareness for Underprivileged Families in Ghana

Toronto, Ontario (PRWEB) May 02, 2013

Christian Martyn has graced both the big screen and your television screen in hit movies and TV shows for over 5 years now. From the lead role in Home Alone 5 to Split Decision starring Brendan Fraser, this young man seems to have a stellar life and career ahead of him.

However, when you talk to the young man from Oakville, Ontario, all he seems to be interested in is how he can use his fame and notoriety to help make the world a better place.

In fact, it was Christian’s idea to bring World Vision to Talent INC Canada’s National Conference last November. He really wanted to spread awareness and sympathetic action among other performers.

That is where Talent INC student Patrizia Lombardi met Christian for the first time. It was then that she was inspired to use her powerful presence on social media to help spread the word.

Patrizia said, “Working with Christian, and World Vision has been an exciting and eventful adventure. Not only do we get to learn more about the world we live in, but the fact that together we can make such a big impact is very gratifying.”

The best part is this is something the whole family can get involved in. Kids under the age of 12 are not encouraged to fast, but they can give up something like their phone, videos games, TV or their favorite toy.

Kids and Teens from all across Canada, The US and even the UK will be joining forces to help raise funds and awareness for the children and families suffering in Ghana. To donate click HERE.
