ZoomInfo Partners with Main Sequence; Continues Strong Recruiting Industry Growth

Waltham, MA (PRWEB) October 23, 2008

ZoomInfo, the would most comprehensive source for business information, announced a new alliance with Main Sequence Technologies, the vendor of PCRecruiter a leading ‘applicant tracking system’ used by management recruiters worldwide. PCRecruiter is also the tracking platform of choice for over 1,000 franchisees and affiliates of the MRI Network – a global recruitment organization. The partnership extends ZoomInfo’s capabilities for recruiters to efficiently find, qualify and hire passive candidates.

ZoomInfo has seen strong growth in its recruiting business in 2008, as companies seek new ways to find candidates, build business and get beyond mere databases of resumes and job seeker profiles. ZoomInfo has signed more than 100 new recruiting clients this year alone – exceeding 3,000 in total – including 19 of the top 20 search firms.

“Recruiters find that ZoomInfo excels at identifying high-performing candidates who AREN’T actively in the job market. With this integration, we are helping MRI offices increase their efficiency and effectiveness–especially for difficult searches,” said Chip Terry, VP and GM, Enterprise Solutions.

“I’ve located some of the best talent using ZoomInfo Power Search and it’s easy when that search function and all those profiles are part of the software I use every day,” says Jennifer Tortorella, Director of Direct Placement Services Division at FootBridge Co. “Most of my work is done with applicant tracking — systems like PCRecruiter, AIRS and Bullhorn are as critical to recruiters as Excel is to accountants.”

ZoomInfo’s alliance with PCRecruiter adds to a roster of organizations that put ZoomInfo data to work. These partner connections are easier and faster thanks to ZoomInfo’s Open API, which lets end-users and software developers quickly connect the data to their systems.

ZoomInfo has integrated with Salesforce.com, AIRS and other leading programs to accelerate and simplify business processes, leverage specialized search capabilities and access the most current, relevant information on professionals and their companies.

“This strong growth shows the need for business information that’s organized and updated daily. It’s essential in today’s market,” said Jonathan Stern, Founder, CEO and Chief Scientist. “Humans just can’t compete with the scope, depth and speed of technology. Our goal is to continue delivering high value in our key markets and make business information freely available to business professionals.”
