Fort Worth, Texas (PRWEB) April 28, 2015
The City of Celina has announced that it will continue its partnership with Buxton to attract new retail and restaurant development. Since the beginning of this partnership nine years ago, Buxtons customer analytics and retail expertise have helped city leaders successfully recruit businesses such as Subway, Kwik Kar, CVS and others. The city credits Buxtons 12 minute drive-time analysis with convincing retailers of Celinas true market potential.
Buxtons household-level customer analytics will continue to identify retail and restaurant companies that seek customers who match the profile of Celina shoppers and quantify retail development potential in the rapidly growing community.
Additionally, city leaders will use Buxtons proprietary web-based real estate platform SCOUT to continue to analyze retail matches and provide market intelligence to existing local businesses. SCOUT reporting features present a convincing case to retailers seeking growth opportunities.
Celina has experienced tremendous population growth over the last five years and we only anticipate more growth in the coming years, said Corbett Howard, executive director of the Celina Development Corporation. By continuing our partnership with Buxton, we can better understand and confirm our developing growth strategy.
Rapid and sustained growth can be a challenge, but the City of Celina is taking the right steps to ensure a successful retail landscape for the future, said Lisa McCay, vice president of Buxtons public sector division. Buxton is pleased to continue to support Celinas retail development efforts utilizing our best-in-class solutions.
Buxton has worked with more than 650 cities nationwide to implement retail development strategies. Client cities in Texas include North Richland Hills, Waxahachie, Fulshear and many others.
About Celina, Texas
