Join professionals from all industries at the first ever CommEx, a two-day conference in downtown Anchorage featuring a three-hour keynote session by internationally award-winning communicator Ann Wylie and other sessions led by leading Alaska communicators. A full schedule of sessions will be shared in June.
Sessions are designed by top Alaska communications professionals for those interested in the emerging and current trends, shifting how organizations communicate. Anticipated topics include: metrics, reputation management, strategic thinking, crisis communication, media relations, branded content, word-of-mouth, social networks and government relations. CommEx will also provide professional development, vendor and networking opportunities.
CommEx strives to be Alaska’s premier public relations and communications conference.CommEx is organized by the Public Relations Society of America – Alaska Chapter, which was established in 1973 to connect communications professionals working in the Last Frontier. Today, the Alaska Chapter includes nearly 200 members statewide, providing public relations practitioners and communicators with professional development opportunities, career postings, education, awards recognition, accreditation preparation and more.
