This workshop will focus on key techniques for implementing employee ownership and how a startup can benefit from it. About the Presenters: Martin Staubus, Associate Director, the Beyster Institute at the Rady School of Management. Martin is a nationally recognized expert on the design and operation of arrangements that give employees an equity interest in the company they work for. He has more than twenty-five years of experience in the employee ownership field in several capacities, including practicing lawyer, VP of human resources, and management consultant. Staubus holds a B.A. in economics from UC Berkeley, an M.B.A., and a law degree. Thad Kahlow, CEO, BusinessOnline. John holds an engineering degree from UC San Diego and an MBA from San Diego State University.
