Being online is fundamental to the success of any business, but how do you work out which platforms you need to be on, research what people are saying about your business and see what your competitors are doing? And once you've done that, what do you say online about you and your business? This workshop will help you to:
- Understand what is already being said about your business online – or not as the case may be!
- Work out the best platforms for your business be it Twitter, Facebook, a website or a directory listing
- Get the right message out about you and your business
- Learn about some cool and low cost tools to help you manage being online
Who should attend?
Any business who feels they need to get to grips with their online presence and profiles, and is feeling swamped by the range and reach of communication options out there.
