Topic: Customer Conversion Through the Funnel

The AMA Boston Connector Series is here again! This is a unique networking and learning event that is highly interactive and engaging, guaranteed.

Here's how it works: a key expert will provide a brief overview of the topic at hand – SEO/SEM and customer value through the conversion funnel. Attendees will then gather into various discussion groups to answer two questions. Survey results to the questions posed will then be shared in real-time at the event.

About the Topic: When E. S. Elmo Lewis, an American advertising advocate, developed a model that mapped a theoretical customer journey through a funnel, marketers have been debating strategies and tactics to move customers/prospects along ever since.
The top half of the funnel represents awareness and interest and the bottom half represents the customer’s action (i.e., the purchase). While it’s important to gather data to gain customer insights and effectively target brand exposure, it’s just as critical to understand the customer experience once he or she has made a purchase.
