Blodgett began his career in web content as a Project Editor for PARADE when he launched the first social media project for Conde Nast in 2007. After a short stint as a Managing Editor with the custom publishing division at DoubleDown Media, Blodgett was recruited by a New York City luxury hospitality public relations firm to handle press releases and media relations. This position eventually included branding, content marketing and online strategies utilizing social media and SEO. After moving to Kansas City with his family in 2010, Blodgett worked at Plattform Advertising where he was responsible for lead generation and direct response marketing for a number of Plattforms post-secondary web properties.
