Delegate or Drown

Delegating is an integral part of a public relations manager’s job yet many senior professionals receive very little training how to brief and manager others to do work. This workshop provides the essential skills to delegate to others.

In this course attendees will learn how to:

  • Set up for delegating
  • Understand the difference between supervising and directing
  • Build initiative in their team
  • Analysis of your management style
  • Develop a plan to delegate
  • Give and receive feedback

Each participant will develop a personal action plan for the next 12 months to embed the skills learnt in the course and continue improving their delegation skills.

What past attendees have said about the Delegate or Drown:

“I particularly liked the management style analysis and tips on recognising the differences in others.”
