This workshop is designed for those who have mastered the basics of social media and are ready for more. Susan Adelizzi-Schmidt, president of the award-winning Suasion Communications Group and an expert is social media for business, will take a deeper dive into what makes a business succeed on social media. Attendees will learn advanced social media strategies to effectively engage audiences and build customer loyalty, including the best times to post, gaining more likes, increasing conversion rates, verifying a Facebook account, finding and engaging influencers, analyzing social media reports, and more. Attendees are invited to bring their laptops and/or mobile devices for this interactive program. A Continental breakfast will be served and free wireless provided.
