    Ebay deadbeat bidders are sent to sellers that don’t take paypal. A percentage of them are actual ebay owned accounts that target people that do not take paypal. They mess with you until you finally take paypal and CND fell right into the trap. I predict PP will be earning money (interest) on CND’s money down the road. I’ll be here to laugh.
