EBS VP of Sales and Marketing Ken Silver Awarded Prestigious Spot on NCMA Board of Advisors

As a well-established professional in the field of contract management, Ken Silver, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for proposal pricing software PROPRICER, was recently awarded a spot on the Board of Advisors for the National Contract Management Association. While serving on the Board in 2015, Mr. Silver will gain valuable insights into the contract management market while contributing the industry knowledge he has gathered from his unique experience in the field.

Mr. Silver began his journey in the contract management industry in 1978 at EG&G, and in 1983 was appointed lead project administrator for a classified data intelligence project funded by the NSA while working for GTE Government Systems. After joining the PROPRICER team at Executive Business Services (EBS) in 1990, where he began as leader of the technical support department, Mr. Silver continually rose in the ranks until his most recent appointment as the company’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2008. With the experience he has gained on both sides of the table, Mr. Silver’s appointment to the NCMA’s Board of Advisors is a great fit.
