To qualify, companies must have between 7 and 99 employees, between 0k and million in annual revenue, must be headquartered in Memphis/Shelby County (specifically located in South Memphis, Binghampton, Madison/Cleveland Corridors, and surrounding municipalities that comprise Shelby County), and must have experienced growth in either revenue or job creation in two of the last five years.  The benefit to them is that they receive focused strategic advisory services that can help build their competitive edge, which should result in revenue growth and/or job creation.  It is at no financial cost to the participant (funded by EDGE and the Innovation Delivery Team) and requires between 8 and 12 hours of their time.  The program is virtual, by telephone or email, and over a 3 to 5 week period customized to the CEO’s needs.  Value proposition: They have access to a team of experts as well as an extensive data base from the Edward Lowe Foundation.  A huge benefit to the participant is that they have access to resources valued at between k and k, typically available only to Fortune 500 size companies.
