The event features a distinguished panel of women working in the field discussing what led them to the industry, challenges within E-Discovery, and how the industry may change for all its practitioners. Their unique perspectives will make for a lively discussion on how women are leading in an ever-evolving industry.

Cristina Lenares Antalik (Moderator) is a seasoned E-Discovery professional with extensive experience advising law firms, government agencies, and corporate clients on strategy and best practices for data and case management. As Elysiums e-Discovery Manager, Antalik leverages extensive project management experience to maximize Elysiums efficiency for its clients. Antalik has extensive knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure amendments regarding Electronically Stored Information, and the Sedona Principles. Prior to joining Elysium, she managed an electronic discovery team at Merrill Corporation, where she was responsible for the companys largest portfolio of electronic discovery matters. Before that, Antalik was instrumental in building and sustaining project management departments within the Massachusetts Department of Revenue and the Office of the Secretary of the Commonwealth.

Christina Ayiotis, Esq., CRM, specializes in information governance, focusing on privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, records and information management, and discovery of all types. She served for several years as Deputy General Counsel at CSC, a $ 16B global technology company, and led Booz Allen Hamilton’s Integrated Records and Information Management Program. Ayiotis speaks extensively on the need for better collaboration at the C-level to manage information risk and protect intellectual property. She earned B.S. and B.A. degrees from Virginia Commonwealth University and a J.D. from the College of William and Mary. Ayiotis is licensed to practice law in Virginia and Washington D.C., and is a Certified Records Manager.

Dori Anne Kuchinsky is Assistant General Counsel for Litigation and Global Privacy at W. R. Grace, where she handles a broad range of litigation matters and is responsible for the creation and implementation of its E-Discovery compliance program. In her privacy role, Kuchinsky has focused on building a comprehensive global data security and privacy program, including strategies for identifying and managing data security, as well as privacy issues for planned technologies, international contracts, marketing and online initiatives. Prior to joining Grace, Kuchinsky was Senior Attorney at Cahill Gordon & Reindel in New York and Washington, D.C., where she represented clients in complex litigations. Kuchinsky is a graduate of Vassar College and St. Johns University School of Law, where she was a member of the Law Review.

Katherine F. Froelicher is a staff attorney in McDermott Will & Emery LLPs Washington, D.C. office. Since joining McDermott, she has focused her practice on E-Discovery and data management issues relative to white collar criminal defense, contract disputes and corporate compliance. Before joining McDermott, Froelicher consulted for several prominent international law firms, conducting e-Discovery and due-diligence review. She also served as a Government Affairs Specialist for one of the largest regulated energy conglomerates in the United States where she focused on renewable energy policy. Froelicher received her J.D. from George Washington University Law School.

Andreae Selleck is a 19-year veteran and Discovery Specialist for E.I. duPont de Nemours & Company. Her responsibilities include working with in-house and outside legal teams and litigation support vendors during the preservation, collection, review and production discovery processes. Selleck previously served as Discovery Operations Manager and Litigation Paralegal in the company. Prior to joining DuPont, Selleck was a Litigation Paralegal at law firms in Philadelphia, New York and Washington, D.C.
