As part of the pilot program, Epson America was seeking to address the common issue of getting local retailers to utilize marketing resources. According to research conducted by SiriusDecisions in 2015, less than 20 percent of channel partners consistently visit supplier portals, which leaves suppliers like Epson America searching for ways to improve partner engagement.
The pilot program was opened up to retailers who were not fully utilizing the marketing resources that Epson America provided. The pilot resulted in a massive uptick in partner engagement and utilization of marketing resources. In fact, in less than five weeks, over 75 percent of the retailers were fully engaged and running Epson marketing campaigns from the Revenew platform.
We are constantly looking for ways to offer our dealers more visibility at their level and as a result, elevate the Epson brand while engaging over 3,000 dealers, said Jason Palmer, marketing manager of Epson America. The pilot demonstrated that the Revenew platform is a very user-friendly way for local retailers to get in front of as many consumers in their online markets as possible.
