The everywomanNetwork Live Emerging Leader Programme is a development programme designed for women who are ready to step into, or have stepped into their first leadership position recently. Developed over 10 years with senior leaders in business, human resources and diversity experts, our programmes challenge mindsets, create new vision and inspire real change. 

The programme is delivered over two days and participants will learn key strategies designed to make them confident, authentic and effective female leaders.



Your Trainer – Pippa Isbell 

Pippa Isbell is a everywoman expert with a wealth of experience, which she now shares through training, coaching and consultancy.

A qualified trainer, she has also completed the Academy of Executive Coaching’s Practitioner Diploma programme. In 2012, she was named Mentor of the Year in the Women 1st Shine awards.

Until recently Pippa was Chief Executive of PRCo Ltd, the integrated public relations and digital consultancy, with offices in London, Paris, Milan, Munich, Dubai, Moscow and New York.

Pippa joined PRCo from NYSE quoted Orient-Express Hotels, where, as Vice President, Corporate Communications and a member of the Executive Committee, she was responsible for investor relations. She established and ran a network of 13 international public relations agencies to promote the group, which was at that time comprised of 50 businesses throughout the world.

She was headhunted for Orient-Express having started, built and sold PIPR, her own highly successful travel and leisure specialist public relations consultancy. Founded in1987, PIPR became the largest independent travel and leisure specialist, numbering household brands such as Inter-Continental Hotels, Thomas Cook Group and Avis Rent A Car among its clients.

Pippa started her career in management development and training with Harrods, Harvey Nichols and the Jaeger Group; and served as a communication skills advisor with The Industrial Society before moving into public relations.
