Foundation Days with Founder Centric: July
Event on 2015-07-18 09:30:00
An introduction to everything that matters when you're starting a business This two-day workshop runs from 9:30am-5:30pm on Saturday and Sunday, including lunch both days, drinks on Saturday evening, a book, a workbook, and access to our alumni network and advanced courses. The course is taught by Devin or Rob and is the culmination of the entrepreneurship training courses we've run with groups like Oxford University, UCL, and Seedcamp. It's best in class. What will I learn? This is a crash course introduction to all things startup. It's designed for the very early stages, when you're first thinking about and getting started with a new company. We cover both real-world and tech, and both reliable (paying the bills) and scalable (reaching for the stars) businesses. There's no one "approach" that we teach, but rather a collection of tools, approaches, and mindsets that we've seen work in our own businesses. You'll be able to put the course to work whether you have an idea or not, although if you've already made all the decisions about exactly how the company works, you may be too far along to benefit. For full details, testimonials, teacher bios, check out the Foundation Days website.
