The new round of funding will help the company further invest in its products and scale to meet fast-growing demand for its Freshdesk and Freshservice support platforms.

The new round of financing brings the total funding raised by Freshdesk to $ 94 million. All three of the investors in this round participated in the companys Series D financing announced in June of 2014.
