When handled well it can strengthen the bond and understanding between people, when handled poorly can cause conflict, stress and misunderstanding. Giving difficult feedback to colleagues, friends, and family is rarely easy but some simple guidelines can be really helpful to get the best out the situation for both parties.
This session , will look at pitfalls to avoid and a simple set of guidelines to help you prepare and give feedback in a constructive and solution focused way.
Colin Chrebelski is a Senator of JCI and past President of Cambridge. He has developed his own learning and development businesses to become an international player with clients who include: HSBC, eBay, Nestle, Arm, Avon, Bupa, Napp, Xaar, RedGate, and the NHS where he works to help organisations develop the management and leadership potential of their people. He specialises in people relationships where feedback is an important part of being an effective communicator.
