Iconic Asbury Park Boardwalk Reopens for Memorial Day Weekend

Asbury Park, NJ (PRWEB) May 25, 2013

After being fenced off for over half a year, the ribbon was cut to officially open Asbury Park boardwalk this past Saturday. Asbury Park is among the many shore towns that has worked to get in shape for Memorial Day weekend, the start of the summer and tourist season.

As one of New Jerseys most famous beaches, the reopening of Asbury Park symbolizes to many New Jersey residents that the Jersey Shore is back after falling on some hard times. It has many iconic landmarks such as the Asbury Park Convention Hall, the Stone Pony which remains New Jerseys most famous rock venue, the mural of Tillie, and of course its historic boardwalk.

As people are planning their vacations and trips to the shore, BBQ season is also beginning. Modern Propane is a Northern New Jersey BBQ accessory store that sells propane and propane accessories. This includes a wide variety of both propane and charcoal BBQ grills for sale, trade-ins or rentals. They are gearing up for grilling season and are changing over for summer hours, staying open until 8pm every day including Sundays and holidays.

If youre getting ready for the summer, Modern Propane has the cheapest prices, says company owner Frank Karlsson. By filling a 20 lb propane tank here, it will be cheaper than Home Depot or Lowe’s and you get an extra 5 lbs.

Their store offers many grilling accessories necessary for any summer grilling. They stock cooking and equipment utensils, as well as repair parts, charcoal and wood chips. They have a great selection of rubs and sauces to accompany any BBQ.

As their name suggests, Modern Propane specializes in propane. They have 50, 60 and 100 lb propane tanks available at their store and for delivery throughout the Tri-State Area. They do everything that they can to ensure that you are prepared for any summer BBQs.
