Is there anyway I can get the quizzes?

  2. Eddie Schodowski says:

6.00SC is a more well laid out form of 6.00. It’s got a lot more resources within it that help you learn it.

  3. Abel Aguilar says:

  5. MIT says:

Guttag, John. Introduction to Computation and Programming Using Python. MIT Press, 2013. ISBN: 9780262519632. The book is NOT required. The course will not be referring to it in assignments or depending upon it to cover holes in the lectures. If you choose not to purchase this book, you will probably find it useful to buy or borrow another book that covers Python. For complete course materials, including problem sets, follow the link in the video description to visit the course on MIT OCW.

  6. TheYipedo says:

  10. MIT says:

The latest 2.x version available should work fine for the materials in this course. Do not install Pyton 3.x! This version is not backwards compatible with the code that you’ll be writing in this course (for example, you have to type print(“test”) instead of print “test”).

  11. SnackMaster1998 says:

Python 2.5.4 is no longer available on the Python website. Does anyone know where I can get it?
