Liquid Motors Inc., a provider of comprehensive inventory management and marketing solutions for automotive industry, announced the addition of Joseph Cote as Vice President of Sales. In this capacity, Mr. Cote will work with the Liquid Motors executive team to expand Liquid Motors customer base in the wholesale arena.
“Joe brings a wealth of experience in the automotive industry particularly in the wholesale side of the business,” said Michael Daseke, Liquid Motors’ President and CEO. “His understanding of the business from all sides, remarketer to auto auction to dealership, as well as his existing relationships in the industry, makes him a great addition to the Liquid Motors management team,” added Daseke.
Cote is a 20-year automotive industry veteran with diverse remarketing and leadership experience. Most recently, Cote served as National Remarketing Manager for United Auto Credit, a non-prime automotive lender serving dealers and their customers across the United States since 1996. Prior to United Auto Credit, Cote was Executive Sales Director for KAR Auction Services responsible for increasing sold unit volume of Enterprise Holdings, as well as customer sales training to Telesales Team.

Cote also worked for Chrysler Financial as its National Auction Manager where he was responsible for disposal of over 250,000 off lease units and 60,000 repossessed units through existing auction network of 25-30 locations. He introduced retention based price reporting as well as managed an auction level remarketing team. Joseph also enjoyed a successful 13 year career with Enterprise Holdings where he served as Group Remarketing Manager for the Rhode Island, South Central and Houston markets, overseeing vehicle marketing efforts for car rental, truck rental, lease units, salvage and select retail programs. Through substantial expansion of the Direct to Dealer sales program, his teams consistently attained top tier performance in Net Sale Price, Days to Sell and Vehicle Depreciation. Cote was recognized by Enterprise with the Exceptional Achievement Award in 2000 and 2004, in the South Central and Houston Markets respectively.
As Vice President of Sales at Liquid Motors, Joe will focus on expanding the sales efforts for Liquid Motors wholesale merchandising solutions to independent auto auction, remarketers and other wholesale industry companies. He will work closely with the Liquid Motors executive team to leverage the synergies of the Liquid Motors wholesale and retail merchandising solutions for independent auto auctions, remarketers and automobile dealers.
