About the Speakers:
Joining Wespac Construction in August 2013, Jennifer Delaporte brings over 15 years of experience in brand strategy development, competitive positioning and sales process management to her role as Director of Business Development.
In 2010, Jennifer founded her own consulting firm specializing in marketing tactics, sales development tools and actionable consumer related insight for small and mid-sized companies. Specifically, she provided customized large group trainings and 1:1 coaching in brand development, sales strategy, social media and public relations best practices. This entrepreneurial experience paired with her previous corporate role as a Supervisor for the National Customer Communication Department for Pulte Homes demonstrates a robust and dynamic background where she established herself as a well-rounded leader. At Pulte Homes, she offered strategic marketing support to 40+ markets nationwide for four diversified brands including Pulte Homes, Del Webb, DiVosta and Centex Homes and managed the execution of all national level direct mail, outbound call, and market research campaigns.
Jennifer is a State of Arizona Department of Real Estate certified trainer and previously developed and taught curriculum in the areas of legal advertising issues and consumer-centric campaign strategies to help establish best practices in the residential real estate industry. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and pursued a Master’s of Science in Leadership degree from Grand Canyon University.
Originally from Chicago, she has spent time residing in Wisconsin, Nevada, Arizona and most recently, Hawaii. After spending the last two years with her husband living on the island of Kauai, Jennifer returned to the Valley to reconnect with family and friends. She is an avid grower of orchids, specializing in scented Species varieties. When she is not out and about connecting with commercial development partners, you will find her in her greenhouse surrounded by over 50 orchid plants and a diverse array of houseplants.
A confident, creative and driven marketing professional, Darci VanCamp brings over 7 years of stellar performance in the A/E/C industry to her role as the Marketing Manager for Wespac Construction. Joining the team in June of 2013, her primary responsibilities include branding, strategy, marketing process development, best practice implementation and supervision of all aspects of the Wespac marketing and communications platform, along with the company produced McDowell Mountain Music Festival.
Darci previously held marketing and proposal roles for both Sundt Construction and SmithGroupJJR. Her broad-based background encompasses experience in graphic design, marketing, management, recruiting and scheduling.
A Michigan native, Darci is an avid Detroit fan. In her spare time, you’ll find her attending sporting events, spending time with her friends and family or traveling.
