    The biggest Problem is, that dumb SEO people (no matter if black, white or greyhat) share there SEO tricks. So the high paid “seo-spam-specialists” from google can see it and prevent these strategies. My tip is, if you have found a shortcut or a strategie that works, dont tell anybody about it (no matter how much profit you can make with it).
