Former MightyCall CEO, Alex Minin, takes the role of the Chairman of the Board.
Hendrikse, who joined MightyCall as Chief Marketing Officer and General Manager for North America a year ago, will lead the company globally, managing both its cloud and on-premises business.
MightyCall has shown very strong growth last year, said Hendrikse. Our monthly recurring revenue grew 20 times, driven by the success of newest Cloud based Customer Contact Center Solution.
A former Microsoft Office 365 marketing leader, Hendrikse has more than 20 years of experience in Cloud software industry. He drove MightyCalls rebranding in 2014 and established its new Cloud based SaaS business. In January 2015, MightyCall was named in GeekWires 200, an index of the popular and trending software startups, ranking 7th amongst the other B2B SaaS companies in the list.
Hendrikse said: We went through a lot of changes the last 12 months. The mobile applications for Android and iOS were completely redesigned and received very positive feedback from our customers. We introduced new features such as business SMS and partnerships with Wix and Shopify.
