(PRWEB) March 25, 2010

NetSupport have seen considerable growth in emerging markets during 2009, including North Africa where our solutions have been adopted by the Ministries of Education in Morocco and Libya, both of which have seen the rollout of tens of thousands of PCs across the two countries as part of their ambitious plans to bring leading technology to schools. In the Middle East, NetSupport School is the defacto solution for all schools in Saudi Arabia, where over 180,000 copies of our classroom technology are utilized as well as in Canada, where the Ministry of Education for Ontario have standardized with NetSupport School.

Such prestigious installations have now been recently joined by The Ministerio De Educacion (Chile), who has adopted NetSupport School as the Classroom Management application of choice for its national Laboratorios Moviles Computacionales (LMC) Project. In combination with its strategic partner, Earthwalk Communications Inc., the primary supplier of mobile labs for this important project, NetSupport School has been implemented on over 45,000 desktops within the Ministerio De Educacion.

“We are pleased to collaborate with NetSupport and offer the Ministerio de Educacion a purpose built solution that will enable students and teachers to gain access to the latest classroom technology and contribute towards the development of a learning economy, said Facundo Alberdi, Vice President of International Markets, EarthWalk Communications Inc.

Having our solution selected as an integral component of such an ambitious and cutting edge country wide project is extremely gratifying, commented Marcus Kingsley, CEO, NetSupport Inc. Establishing such a close, strategic relationship with one of the leading Global Mobile Lab suppliers enabled NetSupport School to be positioned as one half of what became an unrivalled offering in terms of quality and overall functionality.

Classroom Management products are often perceived as being a teachers tool – a single application aimed at delivering greater control and interaction with students within an IT lab.

NetSupport School certainly includes all the features you would expect from a leading Classroom Management solution – internet and application monitoring, printer management, real-time presentation tools and introduced in new version 10.5, a totally unique Language Lab mode delivering an innovative link between Audio and Visual monitoring.

However, NetSupport School offers a range of additional differentiating features provided at no extra cost that are designed to benefit the whole institution.

The unique Technicians Console makes the management of your IT infrastructure a far easier task. Not only can you see real-time thumbnails of all connected computers but also which teachers are connected to students within each room. You can take full remote control of any PC that requires attention and perform an instant Hardware/Software Inventory.

NetSupport School also helps management teams in their efforts to raise standards and monitor achievement. The Instant Survey tool and innovative Test Designer help provide a continuous assessment of learning, digital Student Journals contain a reminder of vital lesson content while the ability to prepare Lesson Plans and set target objectives in advance saves hours of preparation time.
