Set to take on the Northwest for the first time in MivaCon history, MivaCon Seattle is a one-day event chock-full of ecommerce education, networking and more. The MivaCon Regional Series invites novice and experts alike to gather and gain knowledge on the ever-evolving ecommerce industry.
Seattle will be the fourth city to host a MivaCon Regional Series, which is an extension of the ever-popular annual MivaCon San Diego. Action-focused breakout sessions are the star of the show focusing on ecommerce technologies, SEO, conversion optimization, merchandising, ReadyThemes solutions and other related topics. Courses will also concentrate on industry best practices, ecommerce technology and trends, concluding with open discussion Q&A.
The industrys leading professionals encourage networking and share their tried and true tips to success. Keynote Speaker John Lawson, author of “Kick Ass Social Commerce for E-prenuers,” and founder of ColderICE Media, an ecommerce education, training and consultant agency, and of ecommerce site 3rd Power Outlet, will be returning to MivaCon to share his extraordinary expertise with attendees. New to the MivaCon series is serial entrepreneur, startup investor, speaker advisor and Co-Founder of Moz.com, Gilliam Muessig. Gillian will be sharing knowledge on how to attract investors and fiercely loyal customers, as well as present a technical and tactical how-to session on cameras, lights and content promotion.
