Her key responsibilities include clothing design, sourcing, branding, social media, direct marketing, sales and operations.
Throughout her career, Ms. Griffiths Scholze played an important role in all aspects of developing and managing business relationships, both within and outside of the semiconductor industry. She specializes in developing strong customer relationships that allow growth of business, productive problem solving and stable long-term relationships between the customer and company. I prefer to use bridge-building methods that allow for good relationships between all levels of the customer’s team and the team I represent, says Ms. Griffiths Scholze, who is now building a clothing company around the ideas of great service and close relationships with her customers along with a product that supports an under-served market.
An expert management professional with more than 15 years of experience in the semi-conductor industry, Ms. Griffiths Scholze has worked for various industry leaders, including Solid State Measurements, Inc., KLA-Tencor, WaferNet, Inc., SVTC and Siltronic AG. She has a Master of Science in Physics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
