Limits to the RKBA by government agency within the confines of the United States is by definition illegal. The oath taken by government employees to support and defend the constitution is has and was violated consistently for more than one-hundred years. My greatest fear is not that a civil war will happen; but that we will sit passively by as government confiscates arms. It has already been done in New York City: Govt. required registration of our militia weaponry and then confiscated them.

Don’t register. Defy unconstitutional laws and if you run into trouble with police, take it through the court process until the Supreme Court rules the law unconstitutional. DO NOT OBEY THIS LAW.
