Shana Hoch has been working on the web for more than a decade. She currently oversees digital operations for The Telegraph Publishing Company and its affiliates. She has her BA from the University of New Hampshire, and an MBA from Northeastern University. Shana is responsible for strategic development, business development, and project management in the digital media department at The Telegraph. She's served as a Score small business counselor and guest speaker on online marketing. Shana is a frequent speaker and panelist on online marketing and SEO best practices.  She oversees the development and growth of nearly a dozen websites at The Telegraph Publishing Company and its affiliates. Heather Atwater has worked with dozens of companies on their online marketing efforts. She attended the University of New Hampshire and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in communication and a minor in Spanish. She's served as a Score small business sales and marketing seminar guest speaker, as well as a guest panelist for an email marketing seminar. She currently leads the growth and development of and The Telegraph’s Digital Marketing Services program, including their online marketing efforts, SEO work and social media management.
