The many physical and mental health benefits of a good nights sleep are undisputed. According to water and health researcher Sharon Kleyne, the body repairs and rejuvenates itself while sleeping. Kleyne recently announced a list of suggestions to maximize the productiveness of ones nightly sleep. One of the more interesting suggestions was to always keep a window cracked open in the bedroom and bathroom even in winter.
