Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) February 14, 2013
With news that bodes very well for the overall economy, P.O.P. Exhibits Inc. has announced that it established a new one month record for trade show exhibit sales and rentals in January. The trade show industry began a slow recovery from its descent into the depths of the recession two years ago. Sales in 2012 were roughly 85% of what pre-recession levels. This appears to be the year that business really springs forward.
During January the company experienced a strong combination of island exhibit rentals and booths for purchase. The rental side of the exhibit business is still leading the way but its encouraging to see that more large companies are beginning to commit significant marketing dollars to exhibit purchases.
Exhibit rental business for P.O.P. Exhibits Inc. has been particularly strong in Las Vegas, Anaheim and Los Angeles. They also have a beautiful Double Deck exhibit booked for the Craft Brewers Conference in Washington D.C. and projects installing this week in Dallas and Orlando.
One supplier to the industry, Classics Exhibits, put it this way when talking about the January surge: Your clients are speaking with their pocket books, and they are saying Its time to get back to a fully functioning marketing program. That includes more aggressive and expansive trade show marketing. Rachel Wimberly of TSNN, The Trade Show News Network, put it a different way: The month of January signaled a continued positive trend in the trade show industry – several suppliers and show management companies added to their employee ranks.
P.O.P. Exhibits Inc., has been around since 1995. The company has been selling and renting trade show exhibits for many years. Its primary rental venues are in Anaheim, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Las Vegas in the west. The company also specializes in custom exhibit design. Clients include Alaska Air, Amazon.com, Absolut Vodka, AOL, British Airways, Motorola, Pepsi and NASA.
January bookings for P.O.P. Exhibits Inc. jumped to record levels. Exhibit rentals remain strong while we are finding that more companies are starting to invest in their own trade show exhibits.
