Online ratings community and social network RateItAll, Inc. (http://www.rateitall.com) today announced that it has launched an interactive blog directory that aims to be the definitive online destination for finding, promoting, and giving feedback on blogs.
I think it’s a nice fit, says RateItAll President Lawrence Coburn. Bloggers are looking for exposure and reaction to their work. Readers are looking for quality, compelling content. RateItAll’s vast user base and interactive ratings engine should be able to deliver on the needs of both.
RateItAll’s self service submission tool allows bloggers to identify the appropriate category for their blog and create their own listing, including a prominent, direct link to their blog. RateItAll editors approve all submissions prior to approval. RateItAll’s acceptance criteria is that blogs included in its directory will have at least one month of posting history and a post within 72 hours of the date of submission.
Bloggers who submit their blogs to the directory will be invited to sample from thousands of RSS feeds offered by RateItAll feeds that cover almost every topic imaginable: technology, politics, sports, travel, entertainment, popular culture, and much more.
