Residency Recruitment Expert Joins Schumacher Group

Lafayette, LA (PRWEB) April 15, 2013

Schumacher Group has announced the hiring of a Corporate Director of Residency Resources, Jason Bradberry.

Bradberry joins SG with over 10 years of operations and recruiting experience in clinical research, bio-technology and pharmaceutical industries in the southeast as well as healthcare industries nationwide. He previously held the position of Residency and Fellowship Outreach Educational Director for the central and west regions of Cogent HMG, where he developed nationwide internal and family medicine residency contracts and managed educational presentations for residency programs.

At SG, Bradberry will be responsible for expanding the Residency Resource Teams (RRT) strategy and grow the focus of this team, which provides the building blocks residents needs to help make decisions about their career in medicine. He will lead and manage all corporate resources necessary to establish meaningful educational support with residency programs and fellowship outreach programs, which in turn gives SG leverage in building relationships with physicians.

Our RRT has been very successful since its startup two years ago. Dr. Bohil and the team did a great job getting it off the ground and building momentum for us, explained Dr. Stephen Nichols, Chief Medical Officer of SGs West Division. And having Jason on board now should help us to increase that momentum so we become even better known throughout the country as a great partner for future providers and residency programs. His background should give us a better position for both Emergency Medicine and Hospital Medicine, which is key given our continued growth and the pressures on healthcare.

Bradberry will be based out of his home office and the SG Lead Generation Center in Chattanooga, TN.
