Originally established to provide the neighborhood youth a safe haven from gang violence and drug dealing, The Peace Corner has grown into a community center that provides employment services, GED class referrals,  basic skill development, recreational programing, legal counseling, mentoring, tutoring, and hope for all that are willing to take a step in a positive direction.
