Getting people to your site is one thing, but once you’ve got the traffic coming, how do you keep them there and turn them in to a sale? This workshop helps you to look at the way your site interacts with your customers and gives you tips for improving your sales.
The session will offer a comprehensive look at the key areas you need to know to do business online including e-commerce site design, managing the customer journey and experience, promotion and legal compliance.

Who is this for?
Small businesses who are new to selling online and want to know more, thinking about launching an e-commerce site or about to start an e-commerce business.
Please note, to be eligible, individuals must be employed within a small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) with less than 250 emloyees, which has been trading for at least a year and is paying Sheffield business or residential rates or is located on the Advanced Manufacturing Park.
