26% of consumers access customer reviews and consumer conversions on mobile devices for PC World and Currys, reports Econsultancy.

In data from Revoos retailer and brand clients, 25% of consumers receiving post purchase requests to provide a review or answer a question via email, responded via mobile. In September 2011, this was only 8% – showing a growth of 212% in 18 months.

Added to this, a much higher propensity to purchase is seen after consumers access reviews on mobile devices.
