This course is aimed at anyone using social media in their business and not achieving the results they expect. It is a practical, exercise–led course, enabling learners to understand the importance of tone of language and timing, building on existing knowledge of a strategic approach. Colin Gilchrist has been in digital marketing since 2003; whilst running the digital agency Digital Face, Colin created a world first (a social network that alleviated traffic congestion), developed the Twitter tool Tweetabits, spent time in Las Vegas with (in the weeks before Amazon invested .3 billion) and been a Judge at the Social Buzz Awards. Colin continues to manage multiple social media teams for clients in Fashion Retail, Biosciences and the third sector (Charities). A veteran of social media he is well placed to provide you with exactly the right insights to ensure your social media succeeds on all fronts.
